Normal shipping times may vary depending on where you live.
Domestic/US orders may take 3-7 business days.
International orders may take 2 weeks and up to several months to be received.
Please check your tracking number for updates if provided with one. If the tracking number doesn’t update after 1 week to 2 weeks, please contact me via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Items that may not have a tracking number include: Sticker only orders, Patch only orders. These orders would be sent via snail/letter mail. tracking for these items could be purchased with the respective listing based on customer location.
I am not responsible for any customs fees or any additional charges associated with the package after it leaves my hands.
If a package is stolen, unless provided with a police report, I can not issue a refund or send out the items for a second time. Shipping will be asked to be paid again to resend out the items.
If a package is missing, please check with neighbors and file a report via the respective shipping service. If the package doesn’t show up after a week of filing the report, please notify me. A copy of the report filed with the postal company must be provided and shipping will be asked to be paid for again to resend out the items.
If the package was sent to the wrong address, this is on the customer and items will NOT be resent out. The customer will be asked to pay for the items and shipping again.
